How to Access Your Xfinity Comcast Email Account or Voicemail

Creating an Xfinity Comcast Email Account or Voicemail:

Visit the Xfinity homepage and click the Message icon in the top right corner.

Click on Profile Icon

Choose “Create a new profile” next to the “Find Your Xfinity ID” option.

Sign in to Xfinity

You’ll be prompted to start with your mobile or Social Security number.

Enter your preference, and Xfinity will send a confirmation code to your registered contact number.

If you select a Social Security number, provide the last four digits of your account number, your date of birth, and contact information.

Sign in to Xfinity

Click “Continue,” and Xfinity will send a confirmation email to your registered email address. You can also use your existing username in 72 hours.

Click the verification link, choose your preferred login method for your Xfinity Account, and click “Continue.”

Signing in to Your Xfinity Comcast Email Account or Voicemail:

You have two options for signing in: using a web browser or the Xfinity mobile app (available for Android and iOS).

For Web Browser:

  1. Go to the Xfinity homepage and click the Message icon in the top right corner.
  2. Enter your Xfinity Comcast account username and password, and click “Sign in.” You can choose “Stay signed in” if you frequently use Xfinity mail services on your devices.
  3. Once you’re logged in, you’ll be redirected to the Xfinity Connect dashboard, where you can access Comcast Voicemail and email services.

For Mobile Application:

  1. Download the Xfinity app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
  2. Open the app, enter your username and password, and tap “Sign-in.”
  3. Your account dashboard will open, allowing you to access your mail or Voicemail from the menu.

You can also sign in to your Xfinity account from the X1 TV Box by pressing the microphone icon on your remote and saying “My Account.” This will open the Xfinity accounts page, where you can access emails and voicemails using the remote’s arrow keys.
